Swordtail Not Happy

I lost a otto a few days ago to what i think was a bacterial infection. Now my female swordtail is always hovering in the corner of resting on the gravel. Since the otto died i've been feeding them a anti-bacterial med. But since my swordtail isn't getting better i was thinking i was thinking of medicating the tank. what would be the best medication to use?

Stats would be good in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate,and ph, has she darked in colour or bloated up.
Once they rest on the gravel bad news, is she laboured breathing, could try maracyn one and two.
But would have to increase aeration in the tank.
