Swordtail Fry Help

I have some swordtail fry that were born two days ago. How fast do they grow? When will the mom have fry again? Anything else i should know would be great.

Congratulations!

Swordtail fry grow depending on the size of tank and how often you feed them. The bigger the tank, the faster they will grow. You should feed the fry around 3 to 4 times a day. What are you feeding the fry?

The mother should have fry every month or so, even without a male in the tank.

The time for the next batch might vary depending on your temperature. They go from 3-4 weeks, though.

Where are you keeping the fry? How big was the batch?

They are in a two gallon tank and there are less than 20 the most that i have counted at a time is 17 and there are no guarantees that i didn't count one more than twice or miss some. I am feeding then fish flakes that are very very tiny. I am going to go buy some brine shrimp this week.

i have changed about half of the water every day since they were born.
