SWORDTAIL DILEMMA!!!

My swordtail last gave birth over 5 weeks ago (39 days to be precise) and she is very big, bigger than she was last time, and her gravid spot is very large. Do you think i should put her in the breeding trap because i dont want to miss the event

i wouldn't, i think that just stresses them out more

Do you have a spare small tank? I prefer to use one as birthing tank (with java moss at the bottom) over a breeding trap. more space, less stress (though fact of moving per se causes stress still), greater chance of saving more fry than if in a tank with other fishes.
