Swordtail Bully

I have 2 male swordtails, and no females, and i've had them for about a month. They came in separately from different shops, and they seemed to pair up and swim around together. Now a month on, one of the males has started bullying the other swordtail. It is not bullying any other fish; just my other male swordtail. He keeps chasing him everywhere, and I can tell the victim is getting stressed out as he keeps going to the top and resting at the bottom, and just trying to get into the plants where he can't find him. This has been going on for 3 days now, and I don't know what to do. He keeps putting his top fin up and 'shimmying' towards the other swordtail as if he's being aggressive. I'm trying to avoid taking him back to the fish shop at the moment- as it's quite far away. Does anyone have any suggestions as to why he's only do it to the other swordtail, and also how to stop the bullying! Please help- I don't want him to die! Thanks

Buy some females. 1 male to 2 females is advised.
