I recently added a new fish to my tank and added some Waterlife Myxazin to the tank as a precaution. Just added a second and final dose when I noticed that my festivum cichlid seems has some white spots on its back and looks like Ich, I want to treat with Waterlife Protozin but the Myxazine bottle advises not to use Protozin for 4 days after using Myxazin!

What is the best course of action? Use another brand Ich treatment after a 50% water change?

Advice urgently needed - Thank you!

I would do a large water change and gravel clean, run some carbon, increase aeration and slowly raise your tank temperature for the four days required to change treatments. If you switch to a different ich cure rather than waterlife protozin it's likely the med you choose will contain the same active ingredients as the protozin anyway. I would wait the 4 days personally.
You can start treating the ich by raising the temp.
