Hi guys just wondered if someone can help me out, iv got a hospital tank now, and the clown loach seem to be swimming up and down the side of the glass and swimming in the joins of the tank, what does this mean?

Test results are:

Ammonia - 0ppm

Nitrites - 0ppm

Any one know why they are doing this i though it was because of oxygen but there it 2 air stone and the filter running.

yes about 40Litres its becuase my big tank has had ammonia, so put the clown loach in the small tank for a while,

I agree swimming up and down glass it a sign of stress.

Clown loaches don't like being on there own.

How many gallons is the main tank.
How many fish and which type.

If the big tank has an ammonia spike you shpuld have just done a massive water change.
As Wilder said, how many Clown Loaches have you got?
