Swimbladder question

I am going to treat a friends tank for a swimbladder problem. One of the fish has it, the other is fine. Do i have to separate the fish with the problem or can i treat the whole tank. Currenty don't have a spare tank so hopefully i can treat the whole thing.

i seperate the sick fish..its never good to risk healthy fish by treating an entire tank..unless you have to obviously.

Yep, It's much better to seperate.
