Swimbladder? or not!

I have a Tiger barb that has started swimming erratically head down. My water is fine, i added 5 new fish yesterday (Head & Tails). I have had this problem with different fish twice over the last year, both fatal. Any help would be great.

there are a number of reasons fish headstand. it could be a toxin in the water, intestinal worms, kidney damage or bacteria causing gas to form in the intestines.

How do i go about finding the way to diagnose/treat this ?

maybe start first by chacking water parameters... if thats the problem, then I think you can buy some chemical or another to fix it...otherwise, im not sure...Good luck!
