platy swimming eratically and almost vertical, is this swim bladder?

How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate,and ph.
Swim bladder the fish will have trouble getting off the substrate, or the surface of the water.
Look bloated.
Swim upside down.
Looks like the tail is weighing the fish down.
