I have a 20 US Gallon Community tank with 4 Glow light Tetras, 3 Zebra Danios, 2 Glass Fish, 2 Honey Red Gouramis, 3 Bloodfin tetras, 2 Peppered Cory's.

Water temp is 78oF

Filter is a Whisper 20.

Ammonia= 0
Nitrites=0

fed flake foods once every second day.
Blood worms once a week.
Algae disc once a week.

Woke up this morning to find one of my Glowlight Tetras swimming erratically, upside down, spinning, etc. I know its a swim bladder issue.. but here is my problem.. I had to use my 10 gallon hospital tank as a replacement for one of my other tanks that cracked. what I need to know is... how to medicate ( Salt bath ) this glow light now that I dont have my hospital tank...can I remove him from the tank and place him in a solo 1 gallon bowl? or can i medicate my community tank? ( this may ruin my bio filter )... just looking for some suggestion... would really be appreciated..

Thanks kindly.

Salt bathing glowlights is a bad idea as they are salt-intolerant fish, you will need an internal bacterial med instead for this like "anti swimbladder" or "anti internal bacteria" by Interpet :) .
Edit: you should also be feeding your fish more often, particually the cories.
