Swim Bladder Disease On My Molly

Ok well I a few days ago I said I had high amonia, did allot of water changes, added some ammo chips, got the water tested again yesterday , and now suposivly everything is good.

The man at the fish store said that i should probably raise my aquariums temperature to 78 ( it was at 76)
Well I do this and then this morning I notice my molly fish is swimming like CRAZY. Hes swimming like hes lost in the current, and is too full of air to go downward. Hes even swimming vertical!
well i did my research, SWIM BLADDER DISEASE

And it says it can be cause by bad diet ( all i feed him is flakes ) and rapid temperature changes!!!

Well im feeding him a pee because I also read my molly might be consitpated.

So should I drop the temperature back to 76? or keep it to 78 and keep the other fish happy?
Also, is there anything else I should do?

Drop the temp back down gradually.
Try the peas.
Swim bladder can be caused by many things.
Bad water quality.
Poor diet.
Unstable temp.
Deformed swim bladder.
Parasites.
Bacterial.
Injury.
