Swim Bladder - Can Platy /neons Get It? Feeding Flake

Hi All,
 
I seem to be learning something new each and every day since i started this new hobby.
 
Something ive read about today is swim bladder disease. can platy and neons get this???
 
I feed fish flake as im sure many others do.
 
After reading this im so worried about feeding flake now.
 
any comments would be great and helpful.

I think any fish can get swim bladder like i only got it once on my female guppy and flakes dont really make them get it but i would suggest not feeding them that when they have it
