I took back my Astatotilapia Latifasciata today as we just didnt think he coulld cope with the aggression from the other fish he was even scared of the aulonocara so we swapped him for this one he is quiet cool.
Done some research and i belive he is a Labeotropheus Fuelleborni O.B due to his overhanging nose am i right?

Also we thought this was a melanochromis johannii but i belive it looks more like a melanochromis cyaneorhabdos what you think.

Sorry about pics bit crappy.

Good idea nice fish:
Top 1 is a Pseudotropheus zebra "OB" morph i think.
I was also sold 3 Johannii and i found out that they were almost definatly Melanochromis cyaneorhabdos either way they are both nice.

I really do not think its a zebra as its top lip/ nose over hangs the bottom im almost certain its a Labeotropheus Fuelleborni O.B check it out. I would hope its a Melanochromis cyaneorhabdos as they are more peaceful than the johannii

Its a Labeotropheus fuelleborni (OB)

no doubt in my mind

Thanks think i may have to take my johannii back though hes a lovely fish but there is only one fish he doesnt chase and thats my big red top ice blue everything else he chases off and nips so im thinking of swapping it for a taiwan reef.

Definately a Fuelleborni, no question. I also think you're right about the melanochromis, i believe it is a Cyaneorhabdos. :)

Thats good he does seem to chase everything around were just worried as alot of the tails on some of the fish are looking a bit chewed is this normal do almost all cichlids end up with tails like this?

It is fairly normal but if it becomes too persistent, than something needs to be done. What you want is for them to sort out the tank hierarchy and things to settle down, if it doesn't you may have to return the aggressor. Not great but sometimes has to be done.
