swamp bacteria

need help. family member introduced tadpoles from swamp in our yard to tropical fishtank. i don't think i have any kind of store bought treatment in my house to remove bacteria from tank. should I remove all tropical fish from tank and replace 100% water?

I would get the tadpoles out of the tank, bad mistake there, you probably no now, never add anything to the tank from the wild or lfs that hasn't be quarantined, just have to keep a watch out on the tank, look out for flicking and rubbing on objects.
