Yeah.. Birds! ;)

Well, we've had a pair of swallows raising their little babies in our garage for about 5 years. I know a lot of people dont like them but they're one of my favourite 'wild birds' so we've just left them to get on with it and they do really well. They have several clutches a year and all of them have at least 4 babies that survive. I've only actually seen one died and that was the last ones which got too big and one got pushed out of the nest and my cat got him :-(

But anyway, was just in the garage earlier and saw mum or dad flying out from the nest so had a look and theres more babies already! :D Looks to be about 4 or 5!

Here's a pic i got of them, how cute are they?! :D

Oooh, and you notice how mum and dad had to extend the nest? until a couple of years ago it was only the bit that the three are sat in, but the babies are obviously being fed too well so they had to add the other bit :lol:

Look like house martins to me :) ;

they are definetly swallows Tokis but they are very similar to house martins, look at the red colouration on them and then compare them to house martins

I have a pair of tree swallows that nest in my bluebird box. They're so nice to watch. But very watchful and will swoop over your head if you walk too close to their nest.
