Platie keeps pooping loads just looked then and poop was bout 1 an 1/2 times the size of platie .

Is the platy pregnant by any chance? Alot of female livebearers will poop loads before they are about to give birth.

Its probably the flakes, although most livebearers can live entirely off flakes, it isn't that healthy for them as they need veg in their diet and too many flakes can cause constipation- tomato, melon, cucumber and algae wafers will all be accepted by platys and other livebearers .
