Hey there, Im new to these forums.

My name is Alex Ross. I live Australia and am 14. I have a 18 galleon tank (I think ) with 4 neon tetras and 2 pristella tetras. I look forward to joining the community here. You guys seem to know what you're talking about

Yes, we know what we're talking about.

For example, to know the volume (in gallons) of your tank, you divide the area by 231. So, 24"(height) x 48" (length) x 18" (width)/ 231 =89.8 gallons. Of course, the lengths need to be in inches and those are 89.8 "U.S." gallons.

Also, you've got quite a bit of space in that tank so you can add more fish. Make sure you get fish from all three strata so they're not all crowded and so you can see the interactions betwene the fish.
