Sunburst Platy Fry

My sunburst platies had babies and I want to know how big they have to be before they can be released into the main tank. They are at about a half inch now, probably too small still.

The general rule of thumb is when they are too big to fit in the biggest fish's mouth. You can wait a little after that if you are worried about aggression towards them.
