Sun-glo Bulb

I Just swapped out my 16W All-Glass Light that came with teh hood for a Sun-Glow 20W All Purpose Bulb. The tank actually looks darker and the colors appear muted. Any Ideas why this would be the case?

Sun-Glo's aren't the brightest bulbs in the Glo Range. I would go for a Power-Glo.. used in most shops sale tanks. Very bright light that is good at bringing out the colour in fish.
