Suitable Tankmates For Angels

Hi, can anyone give me ideas about tankmates? also, how many angels?

You can get 1 full adult angel for 10 gallons, so you can have about 18 of them in there nicely.

You will have a big choice for tankmates as well.

Including all the fish possible would be nearly impossible. It's easier to tell you what won't work in a tank that size;

Small schools of nippy fish, such as certain barbs.

Fish small enough to fit in an angel's mouth, such as neons.

Larger, more aggressive cichlids, though I've seen some large tanks that are lightly stocked with angels & oscars & such. It's more of a territory issue.

Any fish that like cooler water, angels like it a bit warmer than most.

I keep discus in a tank the exact same size. Discus and angels go so well together. you could also keep some keyhole cichlids in with them too, half a dozen easily.
