Allright, I'll be getting my 55g soon and I'm stumped. I'll be moving my ropefish to this thank when it is fish ready and will be adding another ropefish to the tank. The tank will have a sand bottom with multiple caves and lots of driftwood, plus some live plants. But, I'm at a setback. I figured I'd get a more diverse amount of responses at this part the forum. Here are my ideas so far:

-Some Gudgeons.(Purple spotted, some others)

-Servums.(not sure what kinds)

-Birchirs.(Delhezi, sengalus)

Blood parrots? I mainly posted because of these. Could I put two in a 55g with two Ropefish?

Thanks for any help. :)

What kind of filtration will you have? All of those fish top five inches in length :) I would either get one severum and a BP, or just two severum.
I'd say get two sevs, they look like BPs, except they won't suffer from any mouth deformities  (I'm not saying all BPs do BTW :p )

I think I'll do the Blood Parrot, and a cool servum, maybe just two BP's. I'm going to have a canister filter system. It's 350 g.p.h so, it should clean out the tank well. I will also have a large power filter unit in the tank.

Sounds good. GL finding those gudgeons and setting up the tank :)
