Suggestions For Top Dwelling Fish

hey ive got my 55 gallon about to be planted up and while i wait im already finalizing yet again my stock list since i cant move my neone dwarf rainbows or my gold barbs to new locations. and im looking for one last species of fish to add to the top of the tank, it must be peaceful!!

i was thinking killifish but the only one i like is 30$ and i need 3... so anything else would be nice, and it needs to stay larger then 2 inches or there could be some problems.


stocking is as follows

Top:
6 Silver hatchets
6 celebes half beaks

Middle:
6 Boesemani rainbows
4 Praecox Rainbows maybe eventually to 6
6 iranian rainbowfish

Bottom:
1 Stripped Raphael catfish
3 Angelicus / kubotai botia loach
3 Giant Whiptail catfish (sturisoma aureum) or 3 Rineloricaria parva cat
6 Oto
4 Gold Barbs


not really any waste factories in the stocking, all peaceful fish, and the fact the filtration is nearly 3X more than needed and the addition of powerheads and a heavily planted tank make bio space not an issue. i might also be adding some freshwater clams as well just cause (i did research theyll be fine)

currently the tank has

3 hatchets
4 neon dwarf rainbows
4 gold barbs
1 stripped raphael catfish
3 or 4 otos
5 boesemani rainbows

i also forgot to mention that the fish needs to be either from south america or asia , probably making the list drop down to a very low number of species but i dont really mind so if anyone has any ideas im all ears
