Sufficient Light?

Hi,

I've got a rio 400 with an arcadia I bar housing 2 x 54w arcadia plant pro bulbs with reflectors.

I'm using heating cables, laterite and CO2 injection with JBL's profi 2.

Do I have sufficient lighting? - I wish to experiment with different types of plants but am avoiding high light species such as glossostigma.

If you want low light species, then 108w is probably plenty, you can always add more later. BTW those heating cables are crap, if you've only just bought it take it back and spend the money on something more worth while.
