Stupidly Fat Danio

so yea i got a group of 6 bengal danios and 1 is extremely fat and it has been for months. it is very red on the underbelly almost like stretchmarks. i think if it was eggs they would have been laid by now. it just lies/swims at the bottom of the tank while the others are swimming fine. there is no agression at all and i dont know whats wrong with it
any ideas?

Are you confident that you have a mixed sex group?
Have you tried changing the routine in the tank to induce spawning conditions?

The pic should really help the gurus give you an indication and if it is an infection, lets hope there's time to cure it!
