what do you guys use to glue together your pipes for your sumps? i got this epoxy stuff from b+q but i want to know what you guys use, better to be safe than sorry

Solvent cement. You will have to ask for it in british DIY shops as the sale of solvents is somewhat restricted. I buy mine from Wickes.

Have a look on Fish Fur & Feather - Cheapest I found for rigid piping & Solvent when I did my CLS

regular pipe cement with cleaner and primer. In every hardware store over here. Its the same used for home plumbing.
