Stupid Lfs

I bought 2 Kribs from my lfs about a week and a half ago
the woman helping me said the two that i bought were a
pair. It turns out i have 2 males and the bigger one
has been very aggressive to the smaller one. the smaller
one spends all of its time at the top of the tank and has
lost most of its colour. I cant get it to eat either. I know its
stressed what should i do. I cant rehome him or return him
as the lfs said they cant take him back.

On what basis are they saying that they can't take him back? You asked for a male and female and got 2 males, its their fault and they should sort it out,
bag the fish and take it back to the shop, they're not likely to turn you away once you and the fish are there

Tell them they have sold you something that didnt want, you asked for a male and a female and they have not given you that, your entitled to return the fish and ask them to replace it with what you asked for.
