i have recently set up a 2.6gallon betta tank which i put a betta in yesterday. there is this white cloudy stuff in the water which i understand is a build up of bacteria and nothing to worry about. however i was looking very closely at it and i noticed these tiny white things that appeared to be moving around. they would be 1mm long max. i thought they might have just been dust but there are so many of them and they do appear to changed direction and speed at which they are moving. i also noticed that some of them are attached to the glass. i would take a picture of them but they are too tiny.
what are they? are they anything i should be worried about? :dunno:

i wouldnt say they looked like worms. they arent really long and thin enough to be wormlike.
i know i havent been overfeeding as i only put the betta in yesterday and have fed him a tiny amount of food which i have watched him eat.
maybe i am just getting worried over nothing. i will see if they are still there in a few days
