how she got there in the first place is a bit weird did you notice her being ill before she became stuck?
i don't have much experience on this but i have heard the shock of her being stuck and/or released might of shocked her a bit or i was actually wondering was she already dead WHILE stuck in the plant?? if she is not breathing at all or moving and on her sides/starting to turn white then yes she is dead i am afraid but just check first... otherwise she is likely to have just had a bit of a shock or she might have injured her fins-if she is constantly being picked on by other fish move her into a large net breeder to help her heal a bit- hope this helps, PM me for more info!
