Sttocking Advice

so i have a 40 litre that shall have in a vt betta 5 micro rasbora 4 pygmy cories a small snail and a small shrimp is there any more room or is this pushing it as it is it will also have a internal and a heater a light and live plants

I'd personally leave it at that, as the rasboras will/should be quite active using a lot of the tank.
