Stressed New Fish

hows it going guys. I just got a 4 inch arbarmite headstander in my 90 gallon tank. The ph is 6.4 and 86 degrees. I have good filtration and change the water weekly. My problem is he is not eating and i was wondering if anyone had some advice. Thank you

Don't know much about the fish, but I'd of thought 86 was too high...
