Strange Whiteish Lump On My Bronze Corydora. And Eggs?

Hi I have just noticed a whiteish lump on the caudal fin(I think it is called that the tail one) all my other fish seem fine and I have just done a weekly 7 gallon change in the 35 aquarium.

I have also just noticed there are what seem to be eggs on the aquarium glass in 3 patches totaling about 40. what should I do with them?

I would try a bacterial med for the lump on the fin, issolate the fish for treatment if you can.
