Strange White Stuff

Hey,

I changed from some blue air tubes to clear tubes on my treasure chest today, and after I had pulled up and reseated the treasure chest I noticed some white, almost opaque substance floating around the tank. Took some out and it was like a jelly.

Any idea what this could be? I can post a picture if need be. Tank is about 6 weeks old and stocking info in my profile.

Probalbly algae or bacteria im not sure myself I have the same thing on my rubber sea mushroom in my tank.
