i noticed when Mishka was pregnant she floated over to the Cave a lot, eyed it a few moments, positioned herself, and soft of scratched/smacked the tip of the top with her pectoral fin and side. then she stopped about a day before her fry were born, and now she isn't doing it at all!
now, Polly has started up. Polly never touched or even stared at the cave before, she's much more interested in harvesting her slime algae, you see.
d'you think my girls might be uncomfortable with the babies in their bellies and, thinking it's something bad, are trying to get it out? or might they both have come down with some unseen illness?
no Ich spots, and nothing else to match any of the diseases in my Aquarium Atlas.

i duno my fish often do that but only on rounded stones ....
