Strange Mollie......

OK, I've had my tank for about 3 weeks now. Firstly I had 3 Mollies from a friend, 1 nearly full grown (as far as I could tell!) and 2 tiddlies.....
They all settled in and then my bulb started playing up. I replaced it (it was flickering sometimes). Since then I've got 6 Cardinal Tetra's.

The behaviour that's puzzling me is the big Mollie seems to hide down the bottom whenever the light is on. At first I panic'd thinking he was sick, but since I've been watching him - he acts 100% normally whenever the light is off.......

Is there anything to worry about? Could he just not like the light? What else could I do?

The light could be too bright for the fish, try adding some floating plants to the tank or more planting in general .
