strange iridescence on pearl gourami

hello! I noticed this on my pearl-less pearl gourami when i did a water change. she's acting normal and parameters are also normal.
the only thing that's different is that she used to have no coloration but she's starting to gain some colors

it was feeding time, and the full video was like 2 minutes long but the fish wasn't in frame since she was so excited about something.
I have a longer video today. However, the footage is still vertical because when I upload on my phone, it auto-crops it to a vertical ratio

With further inspection, it looks like she has 2 larger scales compared to the rest of her body
