Fish Crazy
Well I was looking at my glass today and I noticed something move, I soon discovered probably 100 of these small little things swimming in my tank.
Ill try to describe them as best I can, they look like a grain of sand, tan, except slightly smaller. They almost look tadpole-like because you can clearly see a small tail-like feature that they use to swim. They are very active and swimming in a stuttery-fashion almost like a water bug. There is a piece of decor that sticks out of the water and my java moss has sort of grown up and out of the water just a tad bit, I am wondering if these little things found their way in that way.
They might be hydra, but hell if I know. No they aren't fry, the only fish in the tank is a 4inch small-mouth bass.
I really don't care that they are in there UNLESS they are going to harm my small-mouth bass or turn into nymphs or something crazy and begin flying around my room. Its impossible to remove all of them. Its impossible to photograph them with my camera, and they are BARELY visible.
Just some info about my tank, this tank has been up and running for probably 4 years, the java fern is the only thing I ever put in it along with a few bulbs.
Here is a pic of the java moss that I was talking about:
