Strange Clown Loach

Hey guys

I now have three loaches (One died), and two of the three are perfectly normal.

One of the loaches however, are acting in a lethargic way almost. He lies down on the gravel and breathes slowly but heavily, and totally ignores everything that passes him. I put the loaches cucumber in there today, and they normally went nuts, and he just sat there. When he moves its very slow and he does it for only about three seconds.

Please help

How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.

Does the clown loach look thin.
Any tiny white spot on him like grains of salt.

He died a couple days ago
