Strange Bubble Like Thing On Neon Tetra?

He seems to be eating and is swimming regularing with the other tetras but I noticed today he seems to have a strange bubble like grow on his mouth, any ideas to what this might be from or a sign of??????



Please help if you know I have lost 6 fish in the last week and a half and I am running a little scared here.
 
I'm not to sure, but if you could get a picture, it would really help.

It looks like mouth fungus to me, can you issolate the fish as you need to get treating the fish before is mouth start getting eaten away.

Usually in the states they use maracyn one and two for columnaris.

I don't have a hosptail tank nor do I have the means to get one right now, what is an exceptable way to issolate a fish when these condictions do not exist, I have some large vases I could use but they wouldn't have a heater in them.

And how long does the treatment take usually?
 
Right add the med to the whole tank then, follow the instructions on the maracyn, if symtoms and the fish still looks no better just start another course again, good luck.
