I have had my betta for about 2 months now. I have noticed that for the last week or two, she has been sitting at the bottom of the tank a lot. She still swims around actively but that leads into another problem. This week, multiple times a day, I will look over at her and see her bouncing off of random objects in the tank. It's really strange. I've never had a fish act like this. Does anyone have an idea of what could be wrong with her?

Does it look like she is deliberately running into the objects in her tank, scratching against the objects, or just darting around erratically?
Can you tell us about her tank? (Size, tank mates, temperature, filter/no filter, pH, ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, water change schedule, etc.)
Is she still eating? What are you feeding her?
Are there any other symptoms? Look at her very closely and see if you can see anything unusual, white specks, things attached to her, mucus, etc.
Can she see any other fish from her tank?

my male does similar lately he just sits low in plants and looks dead but you tap the tank he swims off fine

mine does appear to have some white spots looks more like air bubbles than salt (did a water change yesterday)also if this was white spot surely my other fish will get it it?
(my tank mates in my sig)

she is hitting things on purpose. it started with the heater. she will like nip it with her mouth and then bounce back. now she does that and then hits the little castle. i dont see any spots on her. she is in a 2.5 gallon by herself. i feed her hikari betta bio gold and she eats it without hesitation. not sure about all of the other stuff.
