Stranf Things On My Gourmie

i have notised a fwew big white spots on y gourmie she has 2 of these white spots and ther getting bigger what should i do

water conditions are

nitrit - 0
nitrate - 20
ph - 7.6
gh - 10
kh - 3

i heave read that link and it says stress or bullieing i havent notised bullieing but i did have a male gourmie dai recently ther was no signs of ilness on him at all i have synce replaced him incase she needed a tank mate

also have an airstone running alot

Let me know if anything works as i have had numerous gouramis that the same thing happened to and i couldn't save any of them. I believe they are ulcers and i have been told by numerous aquariums that gouramis are prone to this type of ulcer. The red dwarf gouramis and yellow ones are the only ones that seem to get away with this but the blue and larger orange ones just cannot cope and it gets the better of them.
 
on pfk newsletter this month their is something about the breeding of gouramis making them more suseptable to stuff through in breeding and overuse of antibotics and stuff.

Ulcer are pink or red with a circling of white dead skin around them.
Things can turn nasty if left untreated like hole in the side.
