ive got this tank and i have no idea what to do with it the size is 16inch by 8inch by 8.5 inch l.w.d its just a bare tank. any ideas with minium amount of money needed to be spent

i would make that a 4.7g tank so i would house a betta and some adf`s mate.

One of the mini gobies, perhaps? Shrimp? Bumblebee gobies (if you make it lightly brackish)? Pygmy cories? Endlers/mosquito fish?

I think a group of 5-6 endlers would be colourful and interesting.

I think a Betta, or a couple tetras (maybe neons?) would look good in a 4.7 gal

You cant keep bettas and tetras together the neons will nip the bettas fins.

Indeed, you can keep harlequins with bettas, but there may not be enough space for the minimum of 6.

I think, 4-8 inches of small slim bodied fish would be ok in there.

Hey people, sorry to hijack thread, but I have a group of about 20 mixed sex and age endlers I want to get rid of (im moving) They are pure bred and 3 females (one huuuge) are of different origin so no worries about in breeding. They came from well respected members of the uk betta forum... no lfs involved. If anyone is interested please pm me.
I would keep dwarf puffers, not sure if they need brackish or not though.
