For my ten gallon I have decided to get 10 ghost shrimp and 5 cherry barbs will this work are there any more fish I could add

No! The shrimp would do well, but cherry barbs need a much larger tank because they are rather zippy. None of the barbs are suitable for any nano tanks.

It's not nano and barbs will be fine I've had them before I'm just worried about shrimp and barbs beacause shrimp sure taste good
