I've already got 3 guppies in my 60L tank, and was wondering what else to put in. I had thought of some neons and otocinclus but the otocincluses are a bit boring, I want something flashy and exciting but not too expensive.

You are probably best off keeping only male guppies and 6-10 dwarf/pygmy Corys.
