im want to restock my tank but im not sure what to have

im thinking of getting a trio of apistogramma cactuoides in a few months, but i want some more cleaners for the sand and some more shoalers

current stock:
2 peppered cories
1 kuhli loach
1 ancistrus
2 ottocinclus
3 clown loaches (being rehomed in 2 weeks)
4 platies
3 bentos tetra
5 neon tetras

the water is at 11 GH and 7 pH (can be lowered if necessary)

Id recommend more peppered cories, they do seem to fare better in a bigger group, i noticed a big difference when i increased mine from 4 to 6.
Also, a few more neon tetras would look nice in my opinion?

can you actualy keep clown loaches happy in a 110 litre tank i thought they got to 30cm

in my opinion a tank with too many fish of different kinds looks out of place, i tend to stick with

1 surface dwellers
2 shoals of middle dwellers
1 shoal of bottom dwellers,

having more fish, but using less species gives the image that your tank is bigger than it really is IMO
