Stocking .. ?

I know you guys get these questions all the time.. I've read quite a few of them, but they dont quite apply to my situation...

I have a 75 US Gallon tank. about 4feet long.... Its been established for almost a year now ... We had a total tank wipeout last year and had to start everything over... so since then, the only fish I have are guppies, and 1 molly, and 1 male beta.... Needless to say, I have lots of guppy fry in there, but there isnt much else goin' on... I'd really like to get a few new fish other than livebearers... Maybe cichlids , or angelfish, oscars? or something new and exciting.. What can I put in with guppies and a male beta and a molly ? I have lots of hiding places for babies, so I'm not too worried about them being wiped out.

I wouldn't recommend Oscars because they get very large and will eventually be able to eat all the current fish in the tank.

Also not sure how well Angels and Bettas get along.

For larger tanks I really like bigger colorful schooling fish like Rainbows. There are a lot of colors to choose from too, so you could get a species or two of rainbows, and build a color scheme around that.
