How many of these fish can I put to 108 liter tank (maybe 90l water = 24us gallons)?

Boraras brigittae
Corydoras hastatus

And how many if I'd buy a bit bigger tank for them. For example 140 l = 37 us gallons?

How many if I put 14 lambchop rasboras in there too?

Well, the first gets to about an inch and a half, the latter gets to about an inch. Take this and use the inch per gallon rule for what is a good start to the number you can have. The chances are you can fit a few more then this, but it's best to start off safe.

Thanks for your answer freddyk.

I have right now about 20 boraras and 6 kuhlie loaches in that 108 liter tank. With these fish NO3 stays 0-5. So I guess it's very safe to take more fishes after moving loaches to a different tank?

My brigittaes are more than 2 years and less than an inch long. Do you have these fish yourself? I mean do you know adult lenght your self or did you read that from somewhere? Just wondering if my rasboras will still grow?
