Stocking Suggestions

Hi, I know you're all bored of reading these stocking threads, but could you please help me.

I have a 65l tank, 50(w)40(h)30(d) and was wandering whether I could keep 5 female bettas, about 6 cherry shrimp ( I know they will breed), 3 khuli loaches and about 6 ottos ( those small thin catfish) ?

If you have any suggestions please tell me.

I think yes. But the otto's won't have anything to eat in a new tank. They need algae. If you don't have any then you'll need to feed them veg.

The tank is already running I'm just changing the stocking, I also have ordered some plants that should be coming in the next few days.
