I have a 20 gallon tank stocked with:

5 neon tetras
4 glowlight tetras
1 bronze corydoras
2 female platys

I want to get at least one more bronze corydoras as they are a schooling fish but what would anyone suggest after that??

Get 4 more corys, they like to be in a group. Wait a few weeks, then add one of the many varieties of dwarf cichlids.

If you want to get into a little breeding, add a male platy instead of the cichlid.

I, too, suggest a few more cories. You could get 1 more bronze and then if you'd like a different look, you could get a couple of albinos. The albinos are bronze cories, too, so they'll all hang together.
I suggest adding a pair of blue rams. Beautiful fish, lots of personality, and really easy to pair up. They lay eggs, but cories tend to get them often, before they hatch out, (or atleast mine do!) so you wouldn't be over run with babies.
HTH!

Yeah, you could get guppies. Just make sure you have a place for the babies, though, if you get male and females. Breed quicker than rabbits!
You could always get 2-3 of just females or just males, though I think the mating is half the fun of having them. Luckily, I have some dwarf rainbows with my guppies, so they make babies and the rainbows eat nearly all of them within a day or so. Nature at it's best!
I'd still get a couple more cories, though. It'll make a big difference in how they act.

I wouldn't worry about guppy babies with those tetra.

And you should up the tetra. 6 is the magic number.

6 neon
6 glowlite
5-6 bronze
2 mollies

That should get you about set.

And then, a pair of some kind of dwarf New World cichlid.

Bolivian Rams? German Rams?
Wanna roll into something newer and do Apistogrammas?

How about something else.... something... different.

Tank dimensions would help!

I've stated the tank size in the opening post. The tank is a 20 gallon tank, so enough room for about 18 inches of fish.
