stocking question

i was wondering if two female bettas would be ok with an apple snail and 8 silver hatchets EDIT: also its a 20 gallon (US)

the snail yes, and maybe the hatchet fish, I havent found any info that they are nippy, but Id doubt it with the way they are shaped.
