Ok here we go, 196 litre tank, and this is my last stock list and what i've settled on, however if something won't work with others, please let me know :)

4 cory cats, not sure which species yet
4 eastern euro rams
3 freshwater clams
6 neon blue platy
10 purple emperor tetras

too many? can have more? unsuitable? compatable?

According to my calculations 196liters is equal to 51.8US gallons. Approximate Inches of fish:

Cory Cats= 10"
Clams= reccomended maximum 1 per one gallon, I'll just say 3"
Platies=12"
Tetras= 15"
Rams= 14"

*Approximate Total*= 44"
You have 7" of fish left. I hope that makes sense! I do not believe that rams are compatible with all of your other fish, but I'm not sure which species you are talking about as they are different than the fish in the US. If you can give me a species I should be able to help more :nod:.

I heard that clams are not adviseable for fish tanks because when their breed their young use fish as hosts which can be quite stressful for fish, i think most freshwater clams are also coldwater critters as well and not tropical.
